Our Diamond-Dot Painting® prints are measured in centimeters. The size stated on the box and website will indicate the PRINT size and not the entire canvas altogether.

Please note that our prints may have a 1-2 cm difference depending on design and bead size.

You can find a sealant at any art or hobby shop. You can also frame your completed Diamond-Dot Painting®  and put it behind glass. It will still retain the shimmery effect.

This has to do with the type of screen you were looking at the image on. Screen resolution (the clarity of the screen) determines how the image colours will be displayed. For accurate colours, look at the picture from a smart device or a screen with a very good resolution.

A partial design means there is one specific area on the print that you will have to dot. A full design will require you to dot the entire print.

You can pay in cash if you pick up your order from us.

Orders paid via bank transfer will only be dispatched once proof of payment has been received.

Credit Cards – Mastercard/VISA

We do not charge transaction fees when payment is made with credit card.

All transactions are encrypted and handled with a high degree of security. Payments are processed by SWIIPE which is recognized as reliable and secure payment gateway. For your extra security, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to enter your information and process your payment. Diamond-Dot Painting ApS does not store any payment information.

MobilePay

With MobilePay, you can pay securely in our webshop.

Alternatively, you can also use MobilePay if you prefer to collect your order in person.

Payment via MobilePay is easy:

• When you place your order in our webshop, choose payment with Cash/MobilePay as your payment option
• When you collect your order, scan the QR code with your MobilePay app or enter our MobilePay number 228366
• Approve the amount in the app
• An electronic receipt is received in the app

We offer different delivery options depending on your location. You can choose your preferred delivery method during checkout.

Delivery

When you order in our webshop, you can choose to have your package delivered with Bring, DAO, GLS or PostNord.

You can choose delivery to a parcel shop or have your parcel sent directly to your home.

You will receive your package in 2-5 working days (depending on your location) from the day of payment confirmation.

Pickup

You also have the option to pick up your goods at our address.

In that case, you can call (+45-2391-3642) or email (orders@diamonddotpainting.eu) your order and you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

You have the option of paying in cash or via MobilePay when you pick up your goods.
